Rising Tide is hosting a Blogging 101 workshop to show people how to get their own free blog going. A generous person has donated a keg of free beer for the event.

It’s more of a concealed-carry permit from what I understand. The important question is, will the city allow me to turn mine in for cash anytime soon?
I think you have to check the Technorati widget first that says what your blog is actually worth before you can make them an offer. Judging by City Hall’s response to crime cameras that don;t work, I’m sure they’ll give you at least double what you ask.
Pistolette, I think it’s more like any excuse to get together with a bunch of laptops, free wireless & beer. :)
