Live-blogging from Louisiana Civil Procedure class on the campus of lovely Loyola Law School in beautiful Uptown New Orleans. The construction workers are banging on the walls in the hallways, the thermostat is disconnected in this classroom and everyone is sweltering because its down right hot today. Gag. Stinks in here. Boring. Think long and hard before you confirm a default judgment. Yada Yada Yada. There is no way to open the bolted-down windows or leave the heavy fire doors open. Tell my family I love them.
